Once, King David committed a serious sin. But when the prophet Nathan warned him, he repented. From this incident we learn how we can receive forgiveness. God makes 5 things clear:
Do not hide your sin.
Ask for forgiveness.
Then you will be restored.
Even so, the consequences of sin will remain.
Remain in My presence.
